Duzce Factory is one of the key production facilities of Gentuğ Tekstil, specializing in advanced nonwoven manufacturing and technical textile solutions. Located in Düzce, this Duzce Factory is designed to deliver high-quality, flexible, and scalable production capabilities for global markets. With modern machinery and innovative finishing technologies, our Duzce Factory plays a critical role in supporting our customers with tailor-made textile solutions.
The Duzce Factory focuses on nonwoven production using state-of-the-art systems. Equipped with three needle punching lines with a maximum working width of 4.5 meters, the facility also includes thermobonding and carpet velour lines. These capabilities allow us to produce a wide range of technical textile products based on customer-specific requirements. Dedicated to nonwoven production, our Duzce Factory sets an example for high quality and dependable production. With integrated coating and finishing capabilities, the facility expands the application possibilities of technical textiles and supports innovative product development.
Our specially designed coating and impregnation line for nonwovens offers a wide range of finishing solutions:
- Thermosetting
- Water-repelling finish
- Hydrophilic finish
- Flame-retardant finish
- Antibacterial finish (SANITIZED®)
- Antiacaricide finish (ACTIGARD®, MICROSTOP®, aegis, Proneem® etc.)
- Wash-and-wear finish
- Dyeing
In addition, the Duzce Factory includes advanced coating technologies such as double dot coating lines, allowing us to coat both nonwoven and woven materials with thermoplastics. Our slot die coating line operates within a coating range of 15 g/sqm to 250 g/sqm, ensuring precision and consistency in production.
