Nonwoven Production Facility

Düzce Factory is one of Gentuğ Textile’s key production facilities, specialising in advanced nonwoven manufacturing and technical textile solutions. Modern machinery and innovative finishing technologies let us deliver high-quality, flexible and scalable production and tailor-made solutions for our customers.

Three needle punching lines with a maximum working width of 4.5 m, together with thermobonding and carpet velour lines, allow us to produce a wide range of technical textiles to customer-specific requirements.
