Always Ready, Right Under the Mattress
The Evac Sheet must be placed securely between the mattress and the bed. Fasten the safety straps around the patient to ensure their stability during evacuation — the sheet stays folded and ready for immediate use, at all times.

Grasp, turn, slide — feet first
Grasp the handle at the foot of the bed and turn the mattress around 90°. Slide the patient down onto the floor and pull them toward the designated gathering point, keeping your back straight throughout.
