Discreet Protection That Feels Like Everyday Underwear
Caretex® incontinence underwear is a reusable alternative to disposable pads and panty liners. A multi-layer absorbent and protective area is sewn directly into the gusset, so no separate pad is needed for light to medium leaks. The garment itself is made from soft, lightweight cotton and looks and fits like ordinary underwear.
Protective wings around the absorbent area help keep clothing free from leaks and stains. A liquidproof yet breathable bottom layer keeps moisture inside while letting air circulate, and the Devan Bi-OME® antibacterial finish helps prevent unpleasant odours.
The range covers women, men and children, with absorbency from 50 ml to 250 ml. Every model keeps its look and function after many washes, which makes it both comfortable and economical.

Caretex® incontinence underwear is treated with Devan Bi-OME®, a finishing technology that keeps textiles fresh and odour-free by way of microbial prevention. The active substance is permanently fixed to the fabric.
Active substance: dimethyltetradecyl[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride.

How much liquid can Caretex incontinence underwear hold?
Depending on the model, the built-in gusset holds up to 50 ml (light), 100–150 ml (medium) or 200–250 ml (high). Tulip and Boxer Night offer the highest capacity at 250 ml.
Do I still need to use a pad?
For most models, no: the absorbent layer sewn into the gusset replaces disposable pads and panty liners. Daisy is designed for daily use together with Caretex Leaf pads or tampons, and Orchis and Orion can be used with or without pads.
How should I wash it?
Wash before first use. Machine wash at 40°C for black and beige, or 60°C for white. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean, and tumble dry at a low temperature.
Does it prevent odour?
Yes. The fabric is treated with Devan Bi-OME®, a permanently fixed antibacterial finish that keeps textiles fresh and odour-free, and the absorbent core locks liquids inside.
What are Defend and Protecta?
They are unisex protective over-garments for high incontinence and bedridden patients. With a high waist line and a breathable PU membrane barrier, they are worn over reusable or disposable incontinence underwear for maximum protection.
