Our modern finishing line helps us process knitted and woven fabrics efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards across production.

Gentug possesses a modern stenter frame with coating-padder, IR-predreyer and bow straightener. The twin air stenter has an integrated heat exchanger, which reduces in an environmentally friendly way the consumption of energy. Our Industrial Stender Frame process supports precise finishing control and helps improve fabric quality, handle, and performance. This stage plays an important role in delivering dependable textile results for different customer requirements.

With integrated equipment such as coating-padder, infrared pre-dryer, and bow straightener, Gentuğ Textile offers efficient finishing support for both standard and specialized textile developments.

The Industrial Stender Frame department works together with our in-house Dyeing, Coating & Lamination, and Knitting processes. This integrated production structure helps us maintain better control, efficiency, and consistency.

Gentug also has advanced coating and lamination lines that serve different technical textile requirements. We can offer coatings from 20 g/sqm up to 2000 g/sqm, including breathable membrane laminations and multilayer fabric constructions. This makes our Industrial Stender Frame capability part of a wider and more flexible textile finishing system.
