In-House Dyeing

Dyeing at Gentuğ Textile is carried out in our own facilities, giving us reliable colour consistency, flexible sampling and strong quality control for home, medical and technical textile projects.

All fabrics are processed in-house, so we control every stage of finishing – with repeatable results and fast response times for both standard colours and specific developments.

Small Batches for Development

Our pilot machine prepares smaller batches for special colour studies, trial production and final approval. This reduces the pressure of high initial order quantities, makes custom shades easier to develop and speeds up colour testing during product development.
