Dyeing at Gentuğ Textile is carried out in our own production facilities, allowing us to maintain reliable colour consistency, flexible sampling options, and strong quality control for different textile applications. By managing this process in-house, we support efficient development for home textile, medical textile, and technical textile projects.
Our colouring process is designed to give customers more flexibility during product development. With our pilot machine, we can prepare smaller batches for special colour studies, trial production, and final approval stages. This helps reduce the pressure of high initial order quantities and makes it easier to develop custom shades for different product groups.
