When children reach a certain age, they can become anxious about wearing nappies and may feel it affects their appearance. Caretex children’s incontinence underwear looks and feels like regular underwear, so kids stay confident and safe throughout the day.
The girls’ range includes Mermaid (light, max. 50 ml), Dora (medium, max. 100 ml) and the unisex Sea model (light, max. 50 ml), all with the same multi-layer absorbent gusset as our adult range.

Which models are in the girls’ range and how much do they absorb?
There are three models: Mermaid (light, max. 50 ml), Dora (medium, max. 100 ml) and the unisex Sea (light, max. 50 ml). All three use the same multi-layer absorbent gusset as the Caretex adult range.
Will it look different from her normal underwear at school?
No. It is designed to look and feel like regular children’s underwear, so it gives discreet protection at school and at play. It comes in white and black.
What ages and sizes are available?
Sizes cover ages 2 to 14 in seven steps, from 2–3 to 12–14 years. Waist measurements run from 54 to 68 cm and hip measurements from 58 to 83 cm, as shown in the size guide.
How should it be washed?
Wash dark colours at 40°C and white at 60°C. The fabric is 93% cotton and 7% elastane, and the Devan Bi-OME® antibacterial finish keeps it fresh wash after wash.
