Caretex Orion is reusable incontinence underwear for men, made from 100% cotton. Its absorbent gusset holds up to 50 ml for light leaks.
It can be worn on its own or with an incontinence pad for extra security, and it fits and feels like ordinary men’s underwear.

How much does it absorb, and what if I need more?
Orion’s gusset holds up to 50 ml, the light level in the men’s range. If you need more capacity, Boxer and Brief hold up to 150 ml.
How is Orion washed and which sizes are offered?
Wash dark colours at 40°C and white at 60°C. Sizes run from XS to 5XL (EU 44–62), and the Devan Bi-OME® antibacterial finish keeps the fabric fresh.
