Caretex Orchis is reusable incontinence underwear made from 100% cotton. Its absorbent gusset holds up to 50 ml, shielding light stains and protecting against light leaks.
It can be worn on its own or together with towels, diapers or pads for extra security, and it looks and feels like ordinary cotton underwear.
